Responsibility
- we are looking for a lead dental nurse to join our expanding team in Hedge End village
- the Lead Dental Nurse will assist the Principal and the Practice Manager with all clinical aspects within the practice
- key responsibilities and competencies
- encourage effective team work supporting the dentist and other team members
- ensure cross infection policies are implemented and adhered to
- provide nurse specific training and regularly input at monthly meetings
- as we have recently completed a successful CQC inspection, you will help us maintain and develop our proficient surgery procedures, ensuring the best utilisation of surgery time and keeping up to date with compliance
- certificate of Dental Radiography or be willing to gain such a qualification
