  • develop new ideas to generate revenue and make savings to improve GP
  • work with the management team to develop our food, drink and event offering
  • ensure the smooth running of events and day to day operations
  • complete competitor analysis and market trends
  • work with the marketing department to produce materials and promote the business
  • liaise with the Guest Relations and Reservations Manager to cross promote onsite facilities
  • be responsible for team meetings and training sessions
  • be responsible for stock control and cleanliness routines/ checks to maintain standards
