update care plans with any amendments and ensure that care staff are updated accordingly
carry out service user quarterly monitoring reviews as per company policy or more often if required
to report to, and follow up with issues raised due to change in service users situation, condition or well-being
to report any concerns to the Registered Manager
assist with the introduction of care staff to new service users
Requirements
QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
previous experience working in Domiciliary care
previous experience in monitoring service user satisfaction and quality assurance
ability to maintain accurate and up to date records and care plans in accordance with company policy
ability to meet deadlines

offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status
support individuals with dementia care by engaging them in activities that stimulate cognitive function
prepare meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding when needed
maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties
document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to appropriate personnel
Requirements
patient care, particularly within senior care settings
previous experience in patient care or senior care is highly desirable
eligible to work in the UK
meal preparation skills that cater to specific dietary requirements
familiarity with first aid practices is an advantage
must have 3 years care experience
knowledge of hospice care practices is advantageous
experience in dementia care will be beneficial for those working with clients suffering from cognitive impairments
