Requirements

  • relevant qualifications as an HGV mechanic
  • proven experience working on HGVs, trailers, and vans
  • strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • class 1 driving licence

Responsibility

  • perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs, trailers, vans, and pool cars
  • diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • conduct safety inspections and ensure vehicles comply with regulations
  • keep accurate maintenance records
  • assist with the training and guidance of our apprentice mechanic
  • collaborate with our existing team of experienced HGV mechanics
