  • weekly sales reporting for D2C platform and key Wholesale accounts
  • merchandising and sales analysis; analysing sales by category to inform business and buying decisions
  • drafting sales plan; responsible for preparing forward looking quarterly sales plan, including both wholesale and direct sales
  • ensure 3rd party providers’ stock management systems reconcile to in house systems and investigate any stock discrepancies in a timely manner
  • maintaining and updating sales tools; contact lists/mapping for all existing customers and prospects
  • cultivate new Wholesale accounts and seek opportunities to expand business with existing accounts; identify and strategize means to penetrate new markets
  • work with customers to ensure proper in-store execution
  • research and assist in implementation of systems and operational improvements

  • ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting entries on Xero
  • preparing reports and reconciling the sales ledger on a weekly basis
  • helping to prepare the monthly management accounts, including drafting month end journals
  • performing Month End Reconciliations
  • supporting the Finance & Operations Director in producing the Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statement
  • invoice processing and raising payments on Bankline
  • accounts receivable management; recording payments received from customers and following up on outstanding accounts
  • preparing submission of the VAT Return
