Requirements
- previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is a must
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso equipment, and beverage preparation
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn and grow with the brand
- food safety certification is a plus
- barista experience: 1 year
