Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- manage a caseload of fast track and multi-track litigated personal injury RTA EL and PL claims
- manage cases on Portal to include stage 1, 2 and 3
- prepare and draft legal proceedings required from the issue of a claim form until conclusion at trial
- attend case management conferences, either in person or by way of a telephone conference call
- where necessary, instruct Barristers to represent clients at hearings and obtain formal advice over issues of quantum
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- litigation experience
- good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct
- strong IT skills
- capability to generate fees
- proven experience of handling own caseload
- ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
- good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
- paralegal: 1 year
