supervising a team of advisors within the contact centre
manage and maintain Key Performance Indicators across the team
monitor advisor performance for quality, accuracy, efficiency, and sales / upsell opportunities via transactional monitoring on a regular basis
evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes and update the necessary documentation
assisting with recruiting, coaching and upskilling of staff
effectively plan and carry out staff appraisals on an annual basis
review the performance of staff, identifying training needs and opportunities and planning training sessions in order to increase first contact resolution within the team

Requirements
previous experience of managing people within a Contact Centre environment or extensive customer services experience

this full time position is based in Kintore, Aberdeenshire, within the Fulfilment function
the ability to reliably commute and work the above shift pattern in Kintore is essential, as is the flexibility to work overtime and some weekends when required by business needs, usually in the run up to Christmas
