Responsibility
- the role will include
- assisting with bar operations
- ensuring that customers receive the best service possible
- upholding a constant level of staff productivity
- maintaining health and safety standards within the bar
- working alongside the other supervisor and manager to improve the bar
- we are looking for someone easy going to fit in with the staff we have here. We are all very friendly and socialise outside of work hours
- we are predominantly a whisky bar and were named Scotland's Best Speciality Spirit Bar earlier this year so a keen interest in whisky and spirits is definitely preferred but we will provide all training needed
