DITTO COFFEE is looking for employees for positions:
- exciting Opportunity within our Ditto Coffee Family
- we are recruiting for an excellent Supervisor who is a self starter
- this position requires candidate to drive as s role requires person to collect stock from other other city centre store
- monday to Friday 9.30am - 4pm
- 32.5 hours per week
- must be able to work independently
- only excellent barista's who can demonstrate at least 2 patterns of latte art will be suitable for this position
- must have good attention to detail and be have a cheery demeanour and always happy to help attitude
- supervising experience: 1 year

- hospitality: 1 year

- management: 1 year
- keeping kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- washing all cooking tools and utensils fast
- keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized
- supporting kitchen staff by taking on food prep tasks
- sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
- be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
- wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
- arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
- A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work
- the ability to stand for long hours
- willingness to adhere to health and safety rules
- good organisational skills
- the ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- patience and cool-headedness
- previous experience as a Head Chef
- previous experience in menu planning and implementation
- interest in music
