- to participate openly and honestly in any investigation regarding care delivery
- to provide a high standard of personal care to service users in a sensitive and respectful manner
- to work within Health and Safety Regulations
- to work with therapists/team members to ensure optimum cognitive, social, emotional, physical and functional recovery
- it is imperative that confidentiality is respected at all times
- to ensure that rehabilitation goals, strategies and procedures are implemented and reinforced throughout the 24 hour period
- attend the homes of families/individuals and perform duties as specified by the Line Manager and care plan
Requirements
- willing to undertake Diploma
- care delivery experience an advantage
- numerate and literate
- skilled in interacting with all types of people
