Responsibility

collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates
review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft
proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
strong knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
experience with lead generation and relationship management techniques
