we're looking for a End User Computing Support Engineer to join our EUC Platform Operations team on a full time, permanent basis
you will provide technical end-user support for products within Group Core Technology and Operations, and identify and analyse trends to maintain and improve a stable and secure platform
this role will be spilt between home and office work where you will come into the London office 1-2 times a week
what skills and qualities you need to bring
Requirements
any experience with iOS and Azure Virtual desktop and SCCM would be advantageous
previous experience in a similar operational role – diagnosing and fixing issues
excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills
communicate technical information in a clear and understandable way to non-technical users and partners
focus and drive to follow tasks through to completion
