- to plan daily rotas to meet clients’ needs and requirements
- to structure and plan runs to support staff availability
- we are looking for a kind, caring, enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team, working in the community. This may suit you if you have previously worked as a senior carer in a care setting
- to ensure all care calls are allocated to a member of staff and put onto a master weekly working plan
- to ensure staff receive their working rota’s in a timely manner so to prevent miscommunication and missed calls
- to step in to support care giving in emergency situations
- to liaise with local authority brokerage teams to build and develop new rounds for growth and staff members’ availability as well as maintain existing rounds
- work with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for clients at all times
Requirements
- providing domiciliary care: 2 years
- providing care: 1 year
- using rostering software: 1 year
- ilkley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
