Responsibility

  • create Operations learning strategy for new and existing Operations employees in the region, and create an execution roadmap to deliver against the learning strategy
  • develop optimal training blend of composition and delivery for the (regional, sub-regional and local operations organization, with a focus on technicians, engineers, and technical managers
  • the Training & Development Lead is accountable for the planning, coordination, and implementation of various training and development programs within Operations and ensures the training programs are executed according to the Operational learning strategy and training methodologies
  • accountable for delivery of the optimal training blend and oversees the execution of operational trainings in the sub region
