A family-run business specialising in high quality poultry are seeking a Hands on Production Manager to help with the day to day running of the factory
Requirements
proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role, ideally within the Poultry industry
strong leadership abilities with a track record of supervising and mentoring teams to achieve goals
willing to get stuck in when needed, leading from the front
excellent knowledge of quality control and safety procedures, including health and safety and hygiene regulations
experience in maintaining operational equipment is desirable
competency in report writing and maintaining paperwork including KPIs
openness to continuous learning and development, including attending training courses as required
ability to handle the day-to-day running of a busy factory effectively and efficiently
