- A family-run business specialising in high quality poultry are seeking a Hands on Production Manager to help with the day to day running of the factory
Requirements
- proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role, ideally within the Poultry industry
- strong leadership abilities with a track record of supervising and mentoring teams to achieve goals
- willing to get stuck in when needed, leading from the front
- excellent knowledge of quality control and safety procedures, including health and safety and hygiene regulations
- experience in maintaining operational equipment is desirable
- competency in report writing and maintaining paperwork including KPIs
- openness to continuous learning and development, including attending training courses as required
- ability to handle the day-to-day running of a busy factory effectively and efficiently
