hold minimum Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care
bilingual skills are advantageous
have at least 2 years continuous experience in a supervisory role within the domiciliary care industry
providing care: 3 years
be flexible to meet the varying needs of the business e.g will be required to participate in the out of hours ‘on call’ service
Responsibility
to complete regular audits of the service
maintain service satisfaction dealing with any complaints effectively through company procedure
have responsibilty to cover care calls as and when needed i.e staff sickness
conduct spot checks and manage staff skill set by maintaining and updating staff training
manage and maintain the recruitment and selection of staff effectively
being actively involved in people management i.e., Completing personal development reviews, recruitment, one to one meetings and carrying out investigations and reports
