  • tronc of up to £6000
  • pastry experience a plus but not essential

Requirements

  • previous experience as a Chef de partie with in a 4/5 Star Hotel or 1/2 Rosette experience
  • knowledge of advanced cooking techniques
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
