- previous experience in a bar management role or similar position
- in-depth knowledge of the brewing industry, craft beers, and brewing techniques

- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other bar management software
- knowledge of health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws
Responsibility
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables, seating, and equipment
- monitor and maintain stock levels of beverages, ingredients, and bar supplies, placing orders as necessary
- collaborate with the brewery team to ensure a consistent supply of our beers on tap
- train and supervise bar staff, setting performance standards and providing ongoing guidance and support
- manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to enhance the overall customer experience
- create staff schedules, manage shifts, and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand
- conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs as needed
