Responsibility
- define and monitor business readiness including setting go/no go criteria and agreeing levels of acceptance
- activities for ensuring business readiness include running drop-in sessions for users, executive briefing sessions, and on-going stakeholder engagement
- ensure continued buy-in and readiness for change

- oversee the development and delivery of change impact and readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings in a logical and easy to understand manner
- equip this group with know-how and empowering them through additional support and training
- support Merger & Acquisition activity through the assessment and due diligence of IT Certification & Accreditations and contracted IT deliverables within the company being considered for acquisition
- agree with the 3rd party IT outsource provider, the schedule of deliverables for PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials external audits and the required evidence, and artifacts to be collated and referenced as needed for internal and external Security and IT assurance audits
- act as a key point of contact for users and stakeholders globally within the context of business change
- support Merger & Acquisition activity through the assessment and due diligence of IT Certification & Accreditations and contracted IT deliverables within the company being considered for aquisition
- participant in the Design Approval Board and Change Approval Boards to ensure that any new system or platform meets the requirements relating to all applicable IT Security Certifications & Accreditations
- build strong relationships with senior leaders and empower them in their role of supporting the acceptance and adoption of change into their spans of control
- develop and deliver review sessions with a view to seeking operational sign-off
- utilise Communications and Training resource already in place to deliver agreed Communication and Training plans
- work with Project teams to advise on how to integrate business change management activities into the overall project plan

- proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies
- detailed knowledge of framework and requirements for PCI-DSS and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations
- successful delivery of Technology Assurance processes and policies across a complex environment
- experience of working with external auditors and assessors from
- flexible and adaptable with the ability to influence others
- standards bodies such as PCI QSAs
- builds a sense of team spirit, encouraging shared ownership of objectives, deliverables, issues and solutions
- working in an environment where out-of-hours and weekend work was required to deliver team objectives
