Requirements

• we are looking for a new receptionist in our Bristol branch
• we are actively seeking maternity cover for our receptionist role in our Bristol branch
• we require an ambitious, organised and experienced receptionist/admin assistant

• your duties will be face to face greeting of patients, booking appointments and taking payments
• the hours are Part Time. You will be required to work every Tuesday & Thursday 9.30am - 6.30/7pm
• you will also be required to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month 8.30am - 4.30pm
• you will also be required to work 1 Saturdays per month 8.30am - 4.30pm
• if you have the ability to travel there is the scope to work additional hours in our Cardiff clinic as well
• starting date is asap for training and the post is likely to last 6-9months
• starting date is immediate
• there may be the possibility of continuing part time work after the maternity cover ends
• ability to travel to Cardiff for some training will be useful
• starting salary is from £12 per hour, increasing as you progress through your training and experience develops to £14 per hour
• starting salary is £12 per hour
