Responsibility
- oversee the project management of all refurbishments of our newly acquired and existing dental practices
- engaging with our suppliers and partners to ensure project timeframes are met efficiently, and within set budgets
- tendering reports, managing lease agreements
- ensuring health & safety, and legislation compliance
- leading on practice extension projects, whilst closely liaising with our practice partners and teams to ensure a smooth process
- manage all aspects of our practice facilities, from buildings insurance and utilities management to equipment services
Requirements
- the successful candidate must be able to liaise with stakeholders, and report into a head of department
- great in execution, a strong communicator with excellent analytical skills; a service orientated individual, who can work well independently
- we are looking for a candidate ideally with prior experience in a dentistry-based facilities management role, but may be open to other candidates with relevant experience
- the successful candidate must be a strong cross-functional worker with pro-active approach, and be able to work on multiple workstreams at one time
