Requirements

  • we are open to all applicants of any experience level, including newly qualified and those early on in their career
  • must be competent at treatment planning, talking about finances/ money and want to continue building the private list long term
  • good communication skills and desire to build rapport with patients
  • team player with a fun/pleasant personality - we are a small close-knit team with low staff turnover
  • able to convert/ sell private treatments confidently and ethically
  • proficiency in anterior/posterior composites, endo and fixed/removable prostho
  • we are open to all applicants of any experience level, including newly qualified and those early on in their careers. Happy to provide mentorship
  • implants and facial aesthetics desirable but not essential

  • our friendly and enthusiastic team are looking to recruit a Practice Manager
  • able to work under pressure, use initiative and multi-task across practice and team management, front desk duties
  • previous dental management experience is essential. Nursing experience desirable but not essential
  • as Practice Manager you are the most important member of our team

  • actively collect patient feedback
  • maintenance: have a system in place to manage suppliers, engineers, contractors etc when required eg servicing/repairs
