Responsibility

• ensure dress, attendance, attitude and timekeeping of staff are at the required standard expected by the company
• ensure inductions are carried out with all new staff
• reporting any skills gaps and additional training needs are reported back to Operations Manager

• be able to liaise with clients in an appropriate manner during site visits, maintaining a professional approach
• ensure venues have appropriate equipment and all is in good working order
• covering shifts across full range of venues if necessary for the business
• ensuring procedures put in place by Operations Manager are being followed by Head Door Supervisors, at a number of venues in Manchester City Centre
• providing transport for staff if necessary for the business
