- ensure dress, attendance, attitude and timekeeping of staff are at the required standard expected by the company
- ensure inductions are carried out with all new staff
- reporting any skills gaps and additional training needs are reported back to Operations Manager
- be able to liaise with clients in an appropriate manner during site visits, maintaining a professional approach
- ensure venues have appropriate equipment and all is in good working order
- covering shifts across full range of venues if necessary for the business
- ensuring procedures put in place by Operations Manager are being followed by Head Door Supervisors, at a number of venues in Manchester City Centre
- providing transport for staff if necessary for the business
