proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
willingness to obtain an In-depth knowledge of renewable energy systems, electrical installations, and related equipment
familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures in the renewable energy industry and construction industry
strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
exceptional organisational and communication skills
proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting
