Requirements
- professional qualification in clinical psychology or a related field
- minimum 2 years experience in the digital mental health field, ideally within product development
- experience with the development of treatments across different modalities
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- passionate about leveraging technology to increase the accessibility and effectiveness of mental healthcare globally
- expertise in delivering psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment of common mental health conditions, including two or more years of specialized training in CBT
Responsibility
- contribute to the development of content in collaboration with the team’s writers and designers
- responsible for the clinical input into Delphi’s product development work to ensure it reflects effective clinical working practice, and that all assessment and treatment components embrace the latest evidence base
- work collaboratively with our content designers, engineers and clinical advisors to develop adaptations of evidence-based treatments that maintain clinical fidelity and appropriate clinical governance
- collaborate with the research team to ensure that user-centric product design remains at the core of our development and research results are incorporated into the product development process
