  • working directly and closely with the QEHS Manager based in Burton-upon-Trent, the Quality Engineer will need to have a passion for quality, safety and environment with a drive to meet and exceed company goals
  • the role will require an energetic, hands-on individual who can deal with the day to day pressure of manufacturing requirements and equally have the ability to engage, motivate & develop the wider workforce; instilling the need to be a quality data driven organisation with a focus on continuous improvement where customers come first
  • support the QEHS Manager is managing and maintaining the current IMS, producing procedures and process flows, and any required improvements
  • assisting the QEHS Manager on basic safety duties such as completing risk assessments and site audits where required
  • improving visual management across the manufacturing areas on Quality and Safety aspects

  • keen eye for detail and accuracy
