Responsibility

• able to prepare Sweets in bulk and cater to local tastes or festive seasons
• help deliver the Sweet options efficiently with attention to quality, quantity, freshness, presentation
• check the quality of food ingredients

• co-ordinate end to end kitchen operations during service and prep time
• ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• maintain kitchen's cleanliness and hygiene as per UK standards
• develop and maintain sweet menus that reflect our restaurant's focus on traditional South Indian cuisine, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible

Requirements

• proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment
• extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavour profiles, and food safety regulations
• strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
