  • prevention and extinction of fires
  • the successful candidate will ensure the building complies with regulations from Westminster City Council and the London Fire Brigade through regular patrols and up to date record keeping
  • supports theatre management in the event of an emergency situation and conducts regular fire and emergency drills with the Front of House team

Responsibility

  • reporting to theatre management, this role ensures exceptional customer service is delivered before, during and after the performance
  • the Front of House team also ensures the safe evacuation of patrons when directed by the Duty Manager
  • we currently have opportunities for across all venues to join our Front of House teams for both immediate start and over the festive period
  • this includes welcoming patrons, checking tickets in a fast paced environment and selling programmes, merchandise, ice cream and an assortment of drinks and snacks to customers
