this will include control of our social media accounts, mailing lists and any other marketing initiatives the candidate chooses to use
we are a brunch and lunch eatery during the day that transforms into a Steak & Lobster fine dining restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings. We use the best local ingredients and use a modern take on brunch and lunch experiences

we are looking for our Assistant Manager to lead the team and drive revenue and profits by enhancing and developing outstanding restaurant service
duties will include; day to day operation of the restaurant, assisting the restaurant manager in their tasks, marketing, staff training, ordering, working within designated budgets, ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to and input on menu creation to name a few
the successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, be positive, have great communication skills and be up for a challenge
the role is 50 hours per week with a competitive salary, cash tips equivalent to £6000 per annum, pension, predominantly day time hours, 28 days holiday per year and the potential for a four day week
