Requirements

  • you have previous experience in a similar role - Hotel housekeeping experience is desirable, but is not essential
  • exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained throughout the hotel
  • excellent organisation and time management skills, prioritising tasks and managing work schedules to meet operational requirements
  • IT Literate with previous Opera experience would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of using Fourth Hospitality
  • strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to deliver a consistent level of service under the pressure of guest requirements
