  • upkeep of general office duties such as maintaining and updating records, scanning, printing and other office tasks required
  • collating certificates and filing
  • regular communication with team manager to make sure all parties receive necessary & accurate information

  • monthly collation and implementation of House Builder group deals with Plumbing Merchants to achieve correct prices for each client
  • tracking and updating manufacturer increases and reporting to commercial team of impact on developments
  • supporting procurement department to ensure best and correct suppliers are used where required
  • supporting Contracts Managers in specification and any change to spec
  • liaising with site teams on technical queries regarding plumbing & heating
  • supporting the customer care department on previous development specification and requirements for replacement parts etc
  • estimating: 2 years

  • in house prestart meeting to run through specification and site requirements if successful in tender bid
