answer debtor queries using Client systems
inbound Collections Agent are the main point of inbound contact for customers who have received a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal Ltd - You will answer customer telephone queries by providing information regarding ongoing claims, take payments, and set up suitable payment arrangements
update status of accounts accordingly via Client systems

working alongside the group directors, be responsible for creating, implementing and managing new strategies within the Law firm
maximising the volume of litigation the firm can process
to plan, schedule and monitor litigation cases, including forecasting to ensure workloads are proactively managed
responsibility for staffing structure, recruitment, retention and performance management
developing operational policies and monitor compliance
reviewing company policy and procedures to ensure they are relevant and up to date all times
identify areas for improvement, scope out development opportunities and liaise with our Development team to bring about efficiencies
overall Management of ongoing projects to improve the capabilities and services provided to our client’s
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational management
excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise task
previously worked at a senior operational level
effective and clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
demonstrate strong business and people acumen
worked at a Law Firm or within an in-house legal department
provide advice and serve as a trusted advisor to the business owners & other Directors
experience of managing a team
