  • handle calls and queries appropriately, in a polite and professional manner
  • take payments over the telephone
  • negotiate suitable payment arrangements with debtors
  • as one of the largest issuers of County Court Claims in the UK and due to our continuing success, DCB Legal are looking to recruit several Inbound Collections Agents to support the continued growth of the business
  • answer debtor queries using Client systems
  • inbound Collections Agent are the main point of inbound contact for customers who have received a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal Ltd - You will answer customer telephone queries by providing information regarding ongoing claims, take payments, and set up suitable payment arrangements
  • update status of accounts accordingly via Client systems
