- survey potential medium to large projects and provide a priced Schedule of Works/Tender Document
- attend and report at pre-contract and progress meetings with the clients
- ensure site set up is timely, safe and effective
- order materials and labour at best value
- ensure that Working Foremen are properly resourced to do their job effectively
- organise directly employed labour and encourage maximum productivity
- ensure high quality of all work carried out
- ensure sites are safe and that all operatives and sub-contractors are working safely and complying with Davis Roofing’s safety plans
- full UK driving licence
- experience of working on projects up to the value of circa £500,000
- roofing Commercial Management: 5 years
- 5+ years’ experience in managing roofing contracts
