we have a new and exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced and dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly team at our office in Manchester
this role will see you leading and working closely with an enthusiastic team on an interesting and varied caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity as well as freehold, leasehold and unregistered titles
you will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, liaising directly with clients, lenders, other conveyancers and estate agents, as well as assisting with management and marketing
this role is ideal for a personable Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a similar role, who is looking to join an established and highly regarded firm
