Responsibility
- experience within a sales environment would be beneficial, although not essential
- the hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and some Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm with a day off in lieu
- this is a diverse role, and your duties will include dealing with clients both on the phone and face to face, overseeing the production of the branch's marketing material and ensuring that all displays are up to date
- you will also play a key part in many of our sales transactions, overseeing them through to a successful completion, assisting buyers with their property search, processing the property enquiries from the various portals, arranging and accompanying viewings, so access to your own vehicle is essential, and following up viewing feedback
- with a smart appearance, you will be very organised and work well both on your own as a part of a team
- this is an exciting and varied role within an established, independent company and would suit a candidate who thrives on a busy schedule and enjoys providing a quality experience to each and every client
- this is a wonderful opportunity to work for an established, forward thinking family run company, who has been selling and letting properties in and around the West Wiltshire area for nearly 35 years
- administrator/Negotiator: With a keen eye for detail and having a proven record in an administrative/customer service role, the successful candidate can expect an OTE £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
