  • scheduling: Create daily schedules for drivers, assigning routes and deliveries to maximise efficiency while meeting customer requirements
  • resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of fleet resources, ensuring adequate coverage for all transport requests, including specialist transport services
  • expense Tracking: Monitor and process driver expenses, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, and adherence to company policies
  • routing and Optimisation: Optimise route planning to minimise fuel consumption, reduce transit times, and maximise vehicle utilization
  • monitoring and Tracking: Utilise telematics systems and other tools to track and monitor vehicle locations, delivery status, and driver performance
