Responsibility
ensure that performance of plant is maintained at agreed levels - aim of 100%
checks include start up, line set , routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s schedules, complete relevant documentation
support production, with ideas and initiative’s to optimise line efficiency
plan and complete tasks for self from PPM and Manufacturers schedules
to be a role model for the Operatives in assisting and driving the agreed standards with shift and site managers
product development manager
Responsibility
lead the Concept & Process Development teams to develop best in class commercially viable products
management of all NPD projects from receipt of project brief through to launch sign off using appropriate NPD tracking tools
this involves working closely with key stakeholders in Commercial / Operations / Procurement / Planning / Technical / Marketing teams
to manage, motivate and develop the Development team
to manage all cost associated with development to ensure departmental budget met
monitor & manage team resource across both Concept & Process functions to distribute workload evenly and ensuring team flexibility to support 'peaks & troughs’ in workload/teams
to develop, nurture and manage the relationship between the Hain Daniels Group and applicable Retailers through the effective communication with the Retailer Product Developers and Retailer Technologists throughout the development process
production engineer
Responsibility

Responsibility
reconciliation of supplier statements, resolving balancing items with internal stakeholders and suppliers
resolution of price and quantity queries with buyers prior to payment
investigation of open cash balances on purchase ledger
working towards/achieving personal and team KPI’s
delivering all daily and month end deadlines
adherence to internal processes and controls in order to achieve and maintain SOX compliance
proving timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices to agreed terms for the group, ensuring they comply with all UK VAT regulations
completion of accrual logs to allow site finance to appropriately record month end liabilities
