- monitor driver health and safety compliance
- complete health and safety observations and driving assessments
- carrying out vehicle, depot and site audits. Reporting findings, creating action plans and monitoring progress
- report accident and training KPIs at team meetings
- investigate accidents, record, monitor and track remedial actions
- developing and implementing an ISO Management Systems to further enhance our reputation and processes
