Responsibility
- contacting existing customers both domestic and commercial by telephone to secure customer retention
- making calls to new customers where DACT has installed equipment to ensure we also secure servicing contracts
- preparing questions for new customers for their required service
- DACT Fire & Security Ltd is an established and expanding BAFE and SSAIB accredited Fire & Security company, based in the Rugby, Warwickshire. WE require an Service / Sales Administrator to join our office team
- preparing quotations for existing customers to upsell and takeover additional servicing needs
- maintaining customer relationships and building new rapport
- booking all services onto the engineer’s schedule and making changes if required
- updating and maintaining the Service database to ensure customers are contacted in sufficient time before their service is due
Requirements
- confident using the phone in an office environment
- enthusiastic and driven to achieve sales targets
- computer literate, particularly MS
- punctual and able to organise own time
- capable and eager to learn new skills & tasks
- capable and willing to work independently through the required tasks
- organised with exceptional attention to detail
- sales administration: 1 year
