preparing quotations for existing customers to upsell and takeover additional servicing needs
maintaining customer relationships and building new rapport
booking all services onto the engineer’s schedule and making changes if required
updating and maintaining the Service database to ensure customers are contacted in sufficient time before their service is due
Requirements
confident using the phone in an office environment
enthusiastic and driven to achieve sales targets
computer literate, particularly MS
punctual and able to organise own time
capable and eager to learn new skills & tasks
capable and willing to work independently through the required tasks

reading site drawings accurately
keeping up to date with knowledge of Fire, PAVA, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems
Requirements
minimum 2 years’ experience
high understanding of either fire or security systems
