  • project wise, the Commercial Manager will be working on residential & commercial projects from £300k to £34M in value this will be inclusive of newbuilds, refurbishments and fitouts
  • it is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working in a senior commercial position within construction and is open to Senior / Managing QS's as well as Commercial Managers and Directors
