- D Noble ltd/ Noble Homes Main Contractor and Developers based in Castleford; we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join us due to continued growth
- the Commercial Manager will be overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors, and will be responsible for the successful delivery of numerous projects as well as leading and growing the team
- project wise, the Commercial Manager will be working on residential & commercial projects from £300k to £34M in value this will be inclusive of newbuilds, refurbishments and fitouts
- it is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working in a senior commercial position within construction and is open to Senior / Managing QS's as well as Commercial Managers and Directors
