manage and support Key and Strategic accounts in UK with sales of current and future Aerospace and Defense product portfolio
develop strong relationships with customer leadership and decision makers, including key technology and buying influencers
identify revenue growth opportunities and develop and implement sales strategies to progress these opportunities to close/won status
delivering an excellent customer experience
own and execute the territory sales plan in alignment with Regional Sales leader and refine and update as appropriate
drive and deliver year on year profitable revenue growth
conduct thorough pre-call planning with relevant members of the account team
conduct regular customer business reviews

Requirements

aerospace & Defense Market knowledge and selling experience
minimum of 3 years of account management, complex selling and new accounts and business development experience
bachelor- level technical, science or engineering degree
proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
knowledge and experience of cables, components and sealants used in Aerospace applications
strong technical sales capabilities
demonstrated ability to interact effectively and influence all functions of an organisation
time management, ability to prioritize sales and project activities with strong organisational skills
