  • the RCA is looking for an outstanding individual to support the Student Funding and Scholarships Manager to deliver an excellent experience to our current and incoming students seeking financial support
  • the role of the Student Funding Officer will be to support the coordination and administration of College scholarships and financial assistance funds, working closely with colleagues across the College to ensure an exceptionally high degree of accuracy in delivery
  • the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for scholarship and financial assistance enquiries and provide friendly, helpful and informed responses to queries from students and staff, guiding them to relevant information in a precise and timely manner
  • they will also take a lead role in liaising with the Finance and Registry teams to action tuition fee allocations and maintenance and hardship payments
