- developing and delivering all recruitment and selection processes - sourcing, interviewing, job posting, scheduling interviews etc
- developing and delivering people strategy and headcount planning
- employee documentation - drafting employee contracts, preparing job descriptions, conducting pre-employment checks, salary benchmarking and onboarding documentation
- providing monthly input for payroll to Finance
- reviewing, benchmarking and implementing appropriate employee benefits to reward, attract and retain staff
- provide HR support for all grievances, disciplinary matters and ER casework
- responsible for all grievances, the full disciplinary procedure and all ER casework
- maintain and update the applicable HR Systems covering recruitment, timekeeping and HR database
