site commissioning of BMS through to successful client witnessing and handover
commissioning new BMS systems in accordance with design specifications
liaising with the design and engineering teams
site BMS/Energy audits/Dilapidation Reports
site PPM/ Reactive maintenance visits
preparation of detailed site survey reports & audits for client submission
working on Client sites where the geographics dictates. The work is not just within the M25 area or London so the right candidate must be prepared to travel where required

attend post office and take any parcels that require sending to the various parties
participation in meetings, TEAMS/ZOOM conference calls, attendance to site/clients premises as and when required
process information received from the various projects and making sure it is actioned in a timely manner
checking incoming deliveries against orders placed/invoices received, stock inventory
the candidate will be working on various projects and solutions across the business assisting in project administration and coordination activities
liaising with Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors via email/phone/TEAMS
ensure filing system is maintained on the Company server as per ISO requirements
