- prior experience of SAGE would be an advantage, but not vital as full in-house training will be provided
- south Cumbria Construction Ltd have a busy office in Windermere and have a full-time vacancy for an office administrator/accounts assistant to join our close-knit team
- salary is dependent on experience
- you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with legible handwriting as a mix of manual and computerised bookkeeping systems are used, along with a strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
- daily, weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks for accounts payable and receivable plus banking, cash handling, training records, Health & Safety compliance and social media updates
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
