5 days from 7 - mix of Day & Evening shifts
main area of responsibility will be management of events held in our two function rooms - from point of enquiry, through to delivery of a memorable experience on the day. Communication skills will be key
dealing with reservations & financials, overseeing bar, restaurant & accommodation operations - supporting the Owner Manager with the business as a whole
would suit someone looking for a hands-on, less corporate career in hospitality - possibly a step up from a current assistant/duty role
