Responsibility
- collate data from the CVR process and prepare the monthly CVR summaries
- receive data from the commercial team and prepare income summaries to support cash flow control
- administer, reconcile and circulate data from the commercial software to support the commercial team in the preparation of project CVRs
- receive data from the commercial team and prepare subcontract/supplier liability summaries to support cash flow control
- collate figures to facilitate monthly WIP analysis
- administer the subcontract order process
- administer printing and collation of contracts for signature by the Commercial Manager and Managing Director
- develop and maintain beneficial and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues
Requirements
- previous experience in the construction industry desirable but not essential
- experience in Eque2 Construct or similar, desirable but not essential
- experience with spreadsheets and data management
- strong numeracy skills
- A finance background would be advantageous
- sales administration: 1 year
