CSB GROUNDWORKS is looking for employees for positions:
- answering incoming calls, confidently transferring calls, and taking accurate messages
- responding to important emails in a timely manner and/or distributing them to the necessary person
- planning, co-ordinating and managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- supporting other management figures within the company
- drafting and proof-reading of emails, tenders and on-site documentation
- managing projects through to completion on behalf of the director
- coordinate between operations team and executive staff
- lead the operations team in providing the highest quality service to customers

- conduct site inspections as needed or appropriate
- manage the flow of information between the operations team and executive staff

- manage the flow of products through the warehouse to ensure they are properly stored and distributed to customers as quickly as possible
- carry out excavation and ground preparation tasks, including digging trenches and foundations
- operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, such as diggers and compactors
- assist in the installation of drainage systems, utilities, and other underground services
- ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations
- maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly
- collaborate with site supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met
- report any issues or hazards observed on-site to the relevant supervisor promptly
- previous experience in groundwork or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- familiarity with operating construction machinery is advantageous
- A valid CSCS card is mandatory
- strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site
