payroll manager
Responsibility
- manage the end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities
- consolidation, standardisation, and automation of payroll processes across the Group
- identify, implement, and drive process improvements
- subject matter expert for payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the Group, including HMRC, Auto Enrolment etc
- lead and supervise a team of payroll assistants to deliver accurate and effective payroll systems
- collaborating with, and training of other teams , to ensure seamless payroll operations and develop a high performing ‘Customer Service’ culture
Requirements
- proven experience in payroll processing, and benefits administration
- in-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership and team management experience
- attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- payroll: 2 years
